SSD06 Jim Isgar (D) No - That is unnecessary. Colorado already has a mechanism which can do that. It is called "Home Rule." A county can follow the prescribed processes which provide for its citizens to vote for a home rule charter, which can contain the initiatives procedure.

SSD06 Jim Isgar (D) Yes - I welcome factual documentation presented by all sides on any given issue before the Senate. I am far more comfortable in casting my vote if I believe I have heard the several sides of the issue.
