SHD03	Anne McGihon (D)	I feel strongly that Coloradoans intend to protect our animal resources and to preserve our time honored methods of raising farm animals in an environmentally appropriate and humane way. At the same time, as a lawyer, I am concerned that all laws to protect animals be set forth within statute and not the constitution.
