SHD23 Gwyn Green (D) Yes - Absolutely - This long past due - I was appalled to learn and observe how inhumane our system of animal slaughter is - I believe we have a responsibility to CARE for and PROTECT animals from any form of cruelty.

SHD23 Gwyn Green (D) Yes - Absolutely - I do not believe in animal dissection, can see with computer imagery - I do not believe in animal dissection, especially since this can be achieved with computer imagery. Exceptions would be for vets and physicians.

SHD23 Gwyn Green (D) Yes - Elephants are very intelligent, known to be social, monogamous, bond with family. It is cruel to have them in circuses - Elephants are highly social with extensive families and friends, monogamous - They suffer under any form of imprisonment, which should be prohibited.

SHD23 Gwyn Green (D) (a) - if referenda - I am concerned we have constitutional amendements which would better be statutes - Ballot referenda criteria are difficult and could be loosened for referenda - Criteria for constitutional amendments should be more difficult as that should be a broad document only.
