PVA 2003 Voting Records and Scorecards
Colorado Governor

General notes:
  • The governor can act only on legislation that has been passed by the legislature. Therefore, the governor's scorecard lists only PVA's high-priority legislation that was passed by both the state Senate and the state House of Representatives.
  • Effective in 2001, PVA also tracks petition-related legislation. However, the governor did not have the opportunity to act on any of PVA's high-priority petition-related legislation during this session.
  • We round scores to the nearest whole percentage point.
